We’ve updated the website with a couple of new photos. Architectural drawings and plans will go before our Board of Directors next week. To ensure clear and appropriate communication with staff we brought in Pizza last Wednesday and I had an open forum to ask and answer questions about Hilmar (or anything else for that matter) and we called it “lunch with the Boss”. I met with a majority of the staff and spent 2 hours (11 to 1) making sure that everyone had a chance to be involved, regardless of when they took their lunch break. I came away with about a dozen questions I couldn’t answer, that I will research and respond: not only to the individual that asked, but probably as a future blog posting as many people may have the same questions.
